Who We Are

Connie Der Torossian is the founder of Connie DT Marketing and PR and has more than 22 years in the nonprofit and housing industry. She has extensive experience in assisting housing nonprofits become HUD Approved Agencies as well as apply, successfully obtain and implement HUD Housing Counseling and Fair Housing Initiative Program Grants. In addition, Connie has assisted numerous nonprofits with successfully applying for private foundation and other organizational grants.  Connie brings direct relationships with financial institutions, private foundations, US Dept. of HUD, DFEH, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Cal HFA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and other housing industry organizations.
